Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) appointed Guillaume Leger as the firm's Chief Financial Officer, effective June 16, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Leger was Omni Bridgeway's CFO (ASX: OBL) since 2022.

Stefano Tognon will continue as the interim CFO until June 15.
