Ten Holdings shares surged 62% after the company disclosed a new artificial-intelligence service offering through a partnership with V-Cube.

Shares were trading around $2.27 in mid-morning trading. The stock's initial public offering in February had priced shares at $6 apiece.

The Langhorne, Pa., event-planning, production and broadcasting services provider said it added conversational AI solutions to its service offering through the partnership with its controlling shareholder. It expects to enable event companies to scale operations efficiently while achieving cost savings through AI automation.
