Redsun Properties Group (HKG:1996) extended the early restructuring support agreement (RSA) fee deadline from March 21 to April 4 and the base RSA fee deadline from April 4 to April 18.
The extension gives creditors more time to complete internal processes for adhering to the restructuring support agreement.
The terms of the RSA remain unchanged, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
