Beamtree Holdings (ASX:BMT) clarified that its contract wins for its autonomous coding technology with Barwon Health in Australia, Milton Keynes University NHS Foundation Trust in the UK, and a health sciences center in Canada, are not financially material, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Each contract includes standard termination rights for non-performance, and there is no additional material information affecting the contracts' impact on BMT's securities, the filing said.
Beamtree Holdings' shares rose almost 9% in recent Monday trade.
