Yeung Yung has ceased to be the chairman of Hybrid Kinetic Group (HKG:1188) after he resigned as an executive director due to "other business commitments," a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The electric motor vehicle developer, on the same day, named executive director Shan Chuanlong as its new chairman.
