Satellogic (SATL) said Wednesday that it has finalized the change of its jurisdiction of incorporation to the US, ending its status as a business company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

The company said it has now domesticated as a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware.

Satellogic said its class A common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol "SATL."
