Adveritas (ASX:AV1) clarified that a AU$1 million annual contract value it announced earlier is a renewal of an existing contract and the renewal contract has a term of three years with an average annual contract value of around AU$1 million, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It was responding to a query from the ASX for additional information. It did not disclose the name of the counterparty to the contract.
Its shares fell past 4% on market close on Tuesday.
