** MAT says it has renewed multi-year global licensing agreement with Disney DIS.N to develop new products for Toy Story's 30th anniversary and release of Toy Story 5 on June 19, 2026

** Agreement extends MAT's rights to create Toy Story-themed toys, including action figures, vehicles, radio control items, games and plush products

** 11 out of 14 brokerages rate stock "buy" or higher, 3 rate "hold"; their median PT is $25.74- LSEG data

** Including sessions moves, MAT stock up 13.7% YTD
