FedEx (FDX) said Tuesday it is introducing a new returns service called FedEx Easy Returns in collaboration with the digital supply chain company Blue Yonder.

The service is available at around 3,000 FedEx Office and Kohl's store locations and offers a simple way for customers to return items without needing boxes or printed labels, the company said.

Merchants will also benefit from a more efficient returns process, with items routed through a reverse logistics facility to increase efficiency, the company said.

FedEx shares were 0.6% lower in recent trading.
