Get Nice Holdings (HKG:0064) completed the reorganization of Get Nice Financial Group (HKG:1469) through a share exchange offer and scheme of arrangement under Cayman Islands law.

The reorganization follows the approval of a Cayman Islands court earlier this month.

The scheme became effective on March 25, and GNF's listing will be withdrawn on March 27 at 4:00 p.m.

Shareholders will receive GNH shares and scheme dividend payments by April 3.
