March 26 (Reuters) - China's ENN Natural Gas 600803.SS said on Wednesday it is looking to privatise ENN Energy 2688.HK, valuing the clean energy distributor at HK$90.50 billion ($11.64 billion).
ENN Natural Gas has a controlling stake in ENN Energy.
