OUE (SGX:LJ3) and Tokyo Century (TYO:8439) will jointly develop Hotel Indigo Changi Airport at Singapore's Changi Airport Terminal 2, aiming for completion by 2028, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The 255-room hotel, featuring a rooftop pool and runway views, will incorporate solar panels, hybrid cooling, and rainwater harvesting, making it Singapore's "first zero-energy hotel."

OUE said the project aligns with its "asset right" strategy to grow third-party funds under management.
