B-Right Realestate (BOM:543543) said its step-down subsidiary, Parth Construction, has revised its agreement with Keyvihar Realtors, part of the Rustomjee Group, for the sale of additional Floor Space Index, or FSI, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.
The total FSI sale now stands at 6,727.25 sq. meters for 1.03 billion Indian rupees, up from the earlier 5,983.24 sq. meters for 915.6 million rupees, the filing said.
Shares of B-Right Realestate were up 2.5% in after-market activity.
