Hong Kong investor Chen Miaoping completed a partial share offer for 67.8 million shares in Elife Holdings (HKG:0223), according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong.

The offer, priced at HK$0.11 per share, is expected to yield a total payout of about HK$7.5 million.

The offeror received a total of 20 valid acceptances for 80.2 million shares.

Chen and concert parties now hold 5% of Elife's total issued shares. Settlement is expected within seven business days.
