Samko Timber (SGX:E6R) completed the disposal of three of its subsidiaries to Sampoerna Forestry for SG$5 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

In an earlier filing, the company agreed to sell its 17.3 million shares in PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera, 3.9 million shares in Samko Trading, and 100,000 shares in Samko Forestry for a total consideration of SG$5.0 million.
