Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media Co (HKG:0811, SHA:601811) attributable profit fell 2.2% to 1.54 billion yuan in 2024 from 1.58 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company's earnings per share dropped to 1.25 yuan from 1.28 yuan a year earlier.
Operating income rose 3.9% to 12.3 billion yuan from 11.9 billion yuan a year prior.
The company's board declared a final dividend of 0.41 yuan per share for 2024, up from last year's 0.40 yuan per share. The dividend will be paid on July 20 to shareholders on record May 29.
