SYDNEY, March 31 (Reuters) - JD.Com's industrial unit has filed for a Hong Kong initial public offering, according to an exchange filing.
The filing from Jingdong Industrials is the third lodged to the exchange for an IPO, after the company filed in March 2023 and again in October last year.
