BlockBeats News, March 31, according to CoinDesk, the UK-regulated digital asset exchange Archax has acquired Globacap Private Markets, a broker-dealer regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and rebranded it as Archax Markets US. The company plans to leverage its US licenses to offer tokenized real-world assets (RWA), including stocks and bonds.
