Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) issued SG$1 million in unlisted, non-convertible bonds to sixth tranche subscribers, bringing the total raised under its bond program to SG$18.3 million, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The latest issuance, completed on March 27, includes SG$500,000 each to investors Ng San Tiong and Miao Lijie.
