IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Iberdrola said on Tuesday it sold Maine Natural Gas To U.S. power utility Unitil UTL.N for nearly $90 million.

Separately, Iberdrola has secured a contract with Australia's Adelaide Airport, owned by pension fund IFM, to install over 3,700 solar panels on the roofs of the airport's terminals, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Monday.

REPSOL REP.MC

Spain's Repsol REP.MC is in an "open and fluid dialogue" with U.S. authorities as it explores ways to keep operating in Venezuela after Washington moved to revoke its license to export oil from the country, CEO Josu Jon Imaz said on Monday.

FLUIDRA FLUI.MC

Fluidra said on Tuesday it would invest in a 27% stake in robotic cleaner Aiper and form a strategic alliance.

Separately, Citigroup cut its target price to 24 euros ($25.92) from 24.5 euros.

CLINICA BAVIERA CBAV.MC

The company said on Monday it would propose a gross dividend of 1.57 euros per share.

RENTA 4 RTA4.MC

The company said on Monday it approved gross dividend of 0.16 euros per share to be paid on April 8.

NATURHOUSE NTH.MC

Naturhouse said on Monday its full-year net profit was 9.9 million euros.

EZENTIS EZEN.MC

Ezentis said on Monday it appointed Anabel Lopez Porta as Chief Executive.

URBAS UBS.MC

The company said on Tuesday its full-year result was a loss of 136.7 million euros.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica will be open to evaluate any consolidation opportunity in Britain, Germany and Spain, Telefonica's newly appointed Chief Executive Emilio Gayo said in an event held by Expansion newspaper on Monday.
