Cintas (CTAS) said Friday that Scott Garula has been named chief financial officer, succeeding Mike Hansen, who is retiring.

Hansen will move to a new role as assistant to the chief executive officer on May 31 to support the transition to Garula, who currently serves as president of the company's rental division, Cintas said.
