Superactive Group (HKG:0176) unit Best Process Investments agreed to sell the entire issued share capital of Superactive Financial Group to Hong Kong resident Yu Ming Lung for HK$300,000, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Following completion, the firm will cease to operate a business related to the provision of regulated financial service.
The firm will use proceeds from the sale to develop its existing business and as general working capital.
Shares of the electronic and industrial products business, which were suspended April 1, remain suspended.
