AEM Holdings (SGX:AWX) granted 369,956 share awards to its employees pursuant to its 2024 restricted shares plan at a market price of SG$1.32 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Shares under the restricted shares plan will be vested annually over three years with the first vesting slated for April 1, 2026.
