CARE Ratings placed its ratings on Grauer & Weil (India) (NSE:GRAUWEIL, BOM:505710) bank facilities on "Rating Watch with Developing Implications" after the company shut down Growel's 101 Mall in Kandivali, Mumbai, India, following a Bombay High Court order, according to a Wednesday filing with the Indian bourses.
The company closed the mall on March 21 after the court upheld the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board's closure directive, the filing said.
Shares of the company were up 2% in recent trading.
