X2M Connect (ASX:X2M) won four new contracts for water monitoring and control in South Korea valued at around AU$1.7 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The contracts include a AU$1.1 million order from Ulsan City, a new client, to digitize water monitoring to 9,435 households. The remaining orders are from Busan, Incheon, and Gyeongju cities, which are all existing customers, the filing stated.
Deployments are expected to be completed by the end of the year with sales also expected to be recognized during the same period.
X2M's shares jumped 17% in recent trade.
