Aditya Birla Capital (NSE:ABCAPITAL, BOM:540691) completed the amalgamation of its wholly owned NBFC subsidiary, Aditya Birla Finance, with itself, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.
The merger, effective April 1, follows the approval of the Scheme by the National Company Law Tribunal and required regulatory authorities, the filing said.
Additionally, the company said that Vishakha Mulye and Mr. Rakesh Singh have been appointed as MD & CEO and Executive Director & CEO (NBFC), respectively, of the combined entity, pending regulatory approvals.
