China Electronics Optics Valley Union's (HKG:0798) profit attributable to owners in 2024 slumped 81% year on year to 95.7 million yuan from 506.7 million yuan.
Earnings per share fell to 0.013 yuan per share from 0.067 yuan per share a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure on Monday.
The commercial business parks operator's revenue dropped 31% to 3.59 billion yuan from 5.22 billion yuan in the previous year, the disclosure said.
No final dividend was recommended. It paid a final dividend of HK$0.025 in 2023.
The company's shares dropped less than 4% in recent trade on Tuesday.
