Feilong Auto Components (SHE:002536) partnered with Huada Automotive Technology (SHA:603358) to develop components for new electric vehicles, energy storage and data center thermal management sectors, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
Huada Automotive Technology will develop smart artificial intelligent casting temperature control systems, stamping, piping, and vacuum die-casting, while both parties will collaborate in developing key thermal management components, including flow channel plates and liquid cooling plates.
Feilong also agreed to prioritize Huada Tech in certain projects.
The partnership is valid until Dec. 31, 2027, the Chinese automobile parts manufacturer said.
