Glory Health Industry (HKG:2329) unit Glory Xingye (Beijing) Investment is looking to extend the maturity date of loans worth a total of around 1.31 billion yuan to Oct. 7, 2027, from April 8, 2025, previously, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The unit will apply to Bank of Tianjin's Beijing Branch for the extension, according to the real estate developer.
