Gorilla Gold Mines (ASX:GG8) upcoming drilling program at its Lakeview prospect within its Comet Vale project is the biggest catalyst for the company, according to an April 4 note by Euroz Hartleys.
On April 4, the company said it has accelerated drilling at Lakeview, which Euroz believes is currently driving the share price of the company.
An additional reverse circulation rig is expected at the prospect by the end of the week and a diamond drilling rig is to be mobilized in two weeks, with 10,000 meters of drilling currently planned, Euroz said.
Recent drilling at Lakeview has delivered a "step change" in terms of potential scale along with economics and has "largely" backfilled its valuation, Euroz added.
Euroz believes the Cheer prospect at the same project, with high-grade intercepts at surface and depth, could support a future mining operation complementing Lakeview, with further exploration offering upside.
The firm maintained Euroz's speculative buy rating but raised its price target to AU$0.75 from AU$0.74.
