SiteMinder (ASX:SDR) received notice that the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and its affiliated entities became substantial holders of the open hotel commerce platform firm on Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

The bank and its affiliates own 14 million shares in the company, representing a 5% total voting power, the filing said.
