Envision Greenwise (HKG:1783) purchased the entire stake in Green Jade Reverse Logistics from Jade Destiny for HK$35.0 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The consideration will be paid through the issuance of up to 4,545,455 new shares at HK$7.70 apiece once the transaction is completed, the filing said.

The shares comprise 0.33% of the entire issued share capital of Envision Greenwise as enlarged by the issuance.

Green Jade Reverse Logistics is a Singapore-based lithium battery waste handling business.

Shares in Envision Greenwise jumped 5% during Friday's afternoon trading.
