ProsperCap's (SGX:PPC) external auditor, KPMG, will not be seeking reappointment as the company's external auditor, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
KPMG will retire from the position following the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting.
Meanwhile, the company said it has started identifying a suitable replacement.
