Toy maker Fisher-Price has been ordered to recall one of its toys in the U.S. and Canada after a potential choking hazard was discovered.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Thursday said that Fisher-Price, which is owned by Mattel, is recalling its Tissue Box Toy that comes with the 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Centers.

The recall was echoed by Health Canada, which advised owners of the toy to call Fisher-Price to receive a replacement toy.

The recall involves about 15,300 units in the U.S., according to the CPSC, and another 2,000 in Canada.

While no injuries have been reported, it was discovered that the detachable tissue box toy can come apart, exposing small support brackets that could pose a choking hazard to young children.
