A unit of China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606) will buy a floating production storage and offloading vessel from TUPI NORDESTE for up to $200 million.
The CDB Financial subsidiary will lease the purchased assets back to the seller over a period of 96 months, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
