April 9 - (The Insurer) - Arch Insurance has appointed Paul Seip as head of fine art and specie for European markets.

The appointment marks the expansion of Arch’s fine art and specie portfolio into the continental European market.

Based in Rotterdam, Seip will work closely with Peter Brooks, head of fine art and specie for global markets at Arch Insurance International.

Seip joins from Liberty Specialty Markets, where he was the fine art and specie underwriting manager for Benelux and Scandinavia, and has previously held roles at Axa Art and Allianz.
