VibroPower (SGX:BJD) has named Tan Poh Chye Allan as chairman, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Tan, an independent and non-executive director, succeeds in leading the board and will also chair the nominating committee. He also joins the audit and remuneration committees as a member.

The updated board line-up includes CEO Benedict Chen Onn Meng, independent directors Hew Koon Chan and Lok Pei San. Hew remains chair of the audit committee, while Lok leads the remuneration committee.
