President Trump said his administration will be negotiating "highly tailored deals" with Japan and South Korea on tariffs, and he has had recent discussions with steel executives.
"I call them tailored deals, not off the rack," Trump said, speaking in the Roosevelt Room of the White House at an event about coal mining. Trump said representatives from Japan and South Korea are currently flying to Washington to make a deal.
