Indian real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects (NSE:PRESTIGE, BOM:533274) has launched four new residential projects during the fiscal fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 with a combined gross development value of 161.34 billion Indian rupees, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian bourses.
The four projects were launched in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, covering a total developable area of 14.03 million square feet, comprising 4,548 units.
The company launched Prestige Nautilus in Mumbai with sales of 23.86 billion rupees in sales within a month, while Prestige Southern Star in Bengaluru and Prestige Spring Heights in Hyderabad secured 13.8 billion rupees and 11.1 billion in sales respectively, in late March.
Shares of the company were down 1% in recent trade.
