Polaris Signs Lease Deal for New Tokyo Hotel

Polaris Holdings (TYO:3010) said subsidiary Fino Hotels has signed a 20-year lease reservation agreement with Mizuho Marubeni Leasing for a 36-room hotel in Kyobashi, central Tokyo, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The apartment-style property, to open in February 2028 under the KOKO HOTEL Residence brand, is near Tokyo Station and Ginza. The lease combines fixed and performance-linked rents.

The deal brings Polaris' portfolio to 104 hotels with 15,351 rooms, including properties under development in Osaka, Yokohama and Kyoto.
