CR Construction Group's (HKG:1582) chairman and executive director Guan Manyu acquired 500,000, or 0.1%, shares in the company for about HK$0.43 apiece from the market on Friday, April 11, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Following the purchase, Guan holds 4 million, or 0.8%, shares in the builder.
