AsiaPhos (SGX:5WV) will cease its quarterly reporting, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The company's next financial statements will be for the six-month period ending June 30.

The development comes after the company's auditor, PKF-CAP, did not highlight any material uncertainty relating to the group's ability to continue as a going concern.

The Singapore bourse previously required AsiaPhos to announce its financial statements every quarter, due to a disclaimer of opinion issued by its previous auditor, Foo Kon Tan.
