--Stellantis has reduced its shortlist of CEO candidates to five, Reuters reports, citing two people familiar with the matter. Former CEO Carlos Tavares abruptly departed the company in December.
--The company has already shortlisted two internal candidates. These include Antonio Filosa, the head of its North America business, and Maxime Picat, the head of procurement. The board has also interviewed three external candidates, the sources said, according to Reuters.
--Investors are likely to seek an update on the hiring process at an annual general meeting in Amsterdam later on Tuesday, where shareholders will also vote on Tavares's final remuneration package of 35 million euros ($39.7 million), Reuters says.
--Stellantis declined to comment, Reuters says.
