VS Industry (KLSE:VS) bought back 1,550,000 shares on Wednesday for about 1.2 million ringgit, according to a same-day bourse disclosure.

The shares were repurchased at a per share price of between 0.735 ringgit and 0.750 ringgit, the electronics manufacturing services provider said.
