Mirvac Group (ASX:MGR) has sold three sub-penthouses in its Harbourside Residences tower in Sydney for a total of AU$64.5 million, The Australian reported Tuesday, without disclosing its source.
The four-bedroom properties are each priced AU$24.5 million, AU$20 million, and another AU$20 million. They are on level 46 of the 48-story tower and are the only sub-penthouses in the luxury development. The tower remains under construction and is expected to be completed in late 2027.
Mirvac has so far sold AU$100 million worth of apartments, including the three sub-penthouses, since the AU$600 million in pre-sales recorded last November 2024. The company disclosed AU$700 million in sales at Harbourside in February this year.
The Australian property group did not immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
