AnteoTech (ASX:ADO) appointed Merrill Gray as interim Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, effective April 16, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Gray will succeed David Radord who is stepping down on Tuesday but will continue to serve as strategic advisor for the next four weeks, the filing said.
