Denali Capital Acquisition (DECA) said late Monday it has obtained approval from shareholders to extend the deadline to consummate its initial business combination.
The approval extends the date by which it must consummate a business combination to Dec. 11 from April 11, the blank check company said. It can now extend the date on a monthly basis for up to eight times.
