Hu Xiang has resigned as MOBI Development's (HKG:0947) CEO, effective April 11, due to adjustments to the division of duties, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Hu will retain his positions as chairman and an executive director of the wireless communication equipment maker.

The firm, on the same day, established the position of chief operating officer (COO) and deputy COOs. Zhou Lingbo was named as the COO, effective April 11, while Ye Rong and Hou Xiaoqiang have been appointed as deputy COOs.
