** Tamla Olivier, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Exelon operating company Pepco Holdings, to be the president and CEO of BGE
** Khouzami and Olivier's new roles will be effective May 1
** EXC says Olivier's successor as CEO at Pepco Holdings will be named in the coming weeks
** Including session's move, stock up 23.5% YTD
