Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) said late Thursday it purchased an Outback Steakhouse property for $1.6 million.
The property, located in a retail corridor in Oklahoma, is corporate-operated under a triple net lease with about four years remaining on the term.
The transaction was priced at a 6.8% cap rate on rent as of the closing date, excluding transaction costs, the real estate investment trust said.
